The Smokin' Blues 'n BBQ Challenge wishes to invite you to the Daily Star Cooking Class. Classes will be held at Alack Culinary Supplies 17420 Hwy. 190 in Hammond from 6pm until 7:30pm. The cost for the class is $45 per person and each class is limited to 55 people.

She has been competing on the barbeque circuit under the team name BBQr's Delight for six years. Cooking in her passion and barbeque is her business, what a match!

"Surf & Turf -- Steak and Shrimp"
Learn how to make succulent, flavorful shrimp and smokey steak on your grill using BBQr's Delight smoking pellets for real wood smoked flavor. Jumbo shrimp are marinated in Candy's secret mix which locks in moisture so shrimp won't get dried out. Using pellets for smoke, steak can be prepared to the desired degree of doneness and still achieve a smokey flavor. Folks who attend this class will get a gift set full of products to try and the recipes for the foods we'll eat!

"Butts & Breastts -- Pulled Pork and Brisket"
Using many products made right in Louisiana, Candy will show you how she cooks pork butts and beef brisket. Yes, these will be the very recipes that she'll turn in at the Smokin' Blues & BBQ Challenge on March 27th! Folks attending this class will get the recipes and pellets to recreate these recipes at home.
